Roxburgh Reivers win first leg of seven

The Orienteering League season kicked off in Gullane at the weekend with excellent results.

On a roll after success in the recent qualifying round of the British Cup, there were some great results for Roxburgh Reivers, with wins for John Tullie M55 and Fiona Forrest W35, and second places for Karen Maxwell W18, Sarah Tullie W21, Lindsey Knox W50 and Robin Sloan M65. Rob Cranston came third on M45S and in his first event out with the Borders, 8-year-old Antony Amos came third on the under-10 course.
