Appeal goes out for Syria donations

editorial image

May I, through your columns, remind your readers on the third anniversary of the Syrian crisis of the urgent need for donations of nappies, new baby and new children’s clothes, shoes and sunhats, colouring books, stationery, women’s hygiene products, new underwear, dressings and multivitamins.

The collection point is the British Heart Foundation shop on the High Street.

Alternatively, nappies, dressings, women’s hygiene products and multivitamins only can be bought at Crosby Chemist in North Bridge Street and left there.
Please note: due to customs restrictions in neighbouring countries, only new items are allowed through and medicines are no longer permitted.
