Investment plans revealed for Burnfoot Co-op store

The Co-operative is ploughing £110,000 in its Kenilworth Avenue food store.

The investment will see the Burnfoot store receive a new in-store bakery, serving fresh bread and baked goods daily, eco-refrigeration and a news layout, ensuring a more pleasant shopping experience for locals and visitors.

The store’s extensive ranges of fresh fruit and vegetables, new ranges, higher welfare meat and fish will remain, and as the leading supermarket supporter of Fairtrade foods, The Co-operative’s popular Fairtrade products will continue to be offered in store.
