Dog owner’s not-guilty plea

A man has been charged under the Dangerous Dogs Act after his Rottweiler/labrador cross allegedly bit another dog owner and his pet.

Gary Tait is said to have failed to keep his dog on a lead and then it attacked another dog and owner Robert MacDonald causing an open bite wound on his wrist.

The incident is said to have happened in Mill Port on June 16.
