This year’s F in the Garden music festival, the 15th staging of the event, gets under way on Saturday at the Fox and Hounds Inn in Denholm.
First on are Hawick’s Dark Horse with their repertoire of rock covers, after which punk rockers SPAT will take centre stage for the first time in Denholm.
The Stubby Cans, who are now a four-piece with a new vocalist/guitarist, are next to entertain, and will be followed by Selkirk blues maestros Ruff Cut, who are appearing at the festival for the third time.
Bringing the curtain down on the day’s music are The Stare with Amanda Glasgow on vocals, who will play a varied set with their own material as well as rock, disco and pop covers.
The event starts at 1.30pm and admission is free. There will be three bars and a barbecue all afternoon.
Patrons are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the venue.
