Trial over racially offensive remarks

A WOMAN who denies acting in a racially aggravated manner will stand trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on January 9, with an intermediate diet on December 13.

Tracey Mullin, 35, of Queens Drive, appeared from custody and denied using racially offensive language in Queens Drive on March 12.

She also denied a further charge of failing to appear at court on August 29.

Mullin was released on bail.
