A BRAVE trio from the New Delhi Bar and Restaurant finally took the plunge last week and completed a charity parachute jump.
It was third time lucky for Melgund Place proprietor Ricky Bangar (pictured left) brother Niks and Angie Middleton, when after two cancellations due to weather they completed a 10,000 feet tandem jump. Angie said: “After a cancellation due to snow then fog, we chose the following day as it was a scorcher which was the right move. The weather was amazing and the view just unbelievable.”
The jump was the final fund-raiser for the Anthony Nolan Trust, following a fancy dress pub crawl and a donated keg of beer from Bookers, taking the total amount raised to around £2,000.
