REDSKINS president Ronnie Frost has given special mention to former coach Graeme Renwick for “keeping the club afloat”.
Renwick was in charge at Mansfield Haugh during a difficult season last year where the YM struggled for numbers. During that time he was there both as a player and coach.
And after watching the dramatic reversal in fortunes completed with a perfect promotion, Frost, pictured, thanked him for all his efforts.
He said: “I feel sorry for Graeme Renwick because he didn’t have the players to work with. He had a tough time, but through the dark days he helped to keep this club afloat and I don’t think anyone should forget that.
“Thankfully we’ve now turned the corner and things are going well.”
