A WOMAN who had two public bust-ups in the street with her former husband has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next three months.

First offender Anne Little, 46, of Branxholme Road, admitted shouting and swearing at the taxi driver in the town’s Buccleuch Road on January 27.

She also breached a bail order by making threatening remarks in Princes Street on August 15, and sending him offensive text messages.

Sheriff Mhairi McTaggart told Selkirk Sheriff Court that she was taking into account the mother of three’s previous good character and ordered her to go out of her way to avoid any contact with her former husband of 25 years during the next three months.
