Man ordered to behave

A man found in possession of a Class A drug has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next four months.

Terry Bradshaw, 37, of North Bridge Street, pleaded guilty to having £20 worth of heroin in Dovecote Street on January 3.

Defence lawyer Mat Patrick told Jedburgh Sheriff Court: “He has a very long-standing issue with that particular drug dating back to when he was 15.”

The case will recall on August 22.
