THE following applications have been granted under powers delegated to Scottish Borders Council’s building standards manager:

Mr J. and Mrs A. Lee, 27 Liddesdale Crescent – Demolition of conservatory, alterations and extension to provide sun room and formation of bedroom from existing dining room.

C. G. Properties, 2/4 Bourtree Place – Remedial works to bulging retaining wall.

Gordon McPherson, 6 Churchill Road – Formation of door opening from existing window.
