Man to appear in court after Burnfoot incident

A 38-YEAR-OLD male has been arrested and charged with vandalism and a contravention of Section 38 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act, following a disturbance at a house in Burnfoot Road.

The incident happened around 7pm on Saturday, and the accused is due to appear at Selkirk Sheriff Court later today (Monday).
