Drug case continued

A 30-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of cultivating cannabis at his home.

Mark John Donaldson is also charged with being concerned in the supply of the drug at the property at Minto in November.

He made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination.

Donaldson was released on bail by Sheriff Derrick McIntyre pending the next court hearing.
