Hawick MSP John Lamont recently welcomed the Trinity Church group to the Scottish Parliament.
The group of 25 was given a tour of the building at Holyrood, including John’s parliamentary office, before taking a seat in the gallery to watch First Minister’s Questions. Mr Lamont said: “I always enjoy welcoming constituents to my parliamentary office and it was nice to see some familiar faces in Holyrood.
“Quite a few made the trip up from Hawick and I was glad to be able to show them round the building and how everything works.
“I know that many of them were very keen to see First Minister’s Questions and I’m glad that they got to watch a particularly heated debate!”
