Charge for threatening behaviour

A man accused of behaving in a threatening manner en route to Galashiels police station, will stand trial on January 15.

Dominic Rakowski, 28, of Hillend Drive, Hawick, appeared from custody and denied uttering threats on September 23.

He was released on bail, with an intermediate diet set for December 17.
