Bail curfew offender gets payback order

A woman who breached a bail curfew was sentenced to a 12-month Community Payback Order with a condition she completes 40 hours of unpaid work.

At Selkirk Sheriff Court, 24-year-old Charley Yule, of Baker Street, admitted breaching a bail curfew at a house in Broom Drive, Galashiels, on February 16 last year.

Sheriff Kevin Drummond warned Yule: “If your offending carries on, a point comes where there is no other choice but custody.”
