Bail breach man gets fine

A 44-YEAR-OLD man has been fined £200 for a breach of the peace and breach of curfew on Sunday night.

Roy Chilcott was supposed to be in a house in Brisbane Place, Kelso, and admitted breaching a curfew when found in Hillend Drive, Hawick at 11.15pm.

Chilcott appeared from custody and admitted throwing items at a window of a house in Hillend Drive and breaching his 7pm to 7am curfew.

Sheriff Kevin Drummond fined him £100 for the breach of the peace and a further £100 for breaching his curfew conditions.
