Roberton WRI president Alison Riddell welcomed members to the May meeting, and then introduced Rob Mitchell, who took members on an excellent illustrated cycle tour of his favourite part of Germany, near Berlin, where Martin Luther was born, lived and died. Some of the cyle paths had been flooded, a few impassable, to Rob had to cut cross-country to get to his hostel for the night. The vote of thanks for a very enjoyable and informtive talk was given by Cathy Campbell.
