Two men deny singing sectarian songs, aggravated by racial prejudice, on a train.

John Johnstone, 43, of Eildon Road, and Deryk Fox, 40, of Lorraine Court, Camberley, Surrey, both deny shouting and swearing and making offensive remarks, and singing sectarian songs, on a train travelling between Edinburgh and Galashiels, on January 30.

They will stand trial on May 10, with an intermediate diet on April 11.
