A 16-year-old has been remanded in custody for reports after breaching a bail curfew.

Jordan Simpson, who was on three bail orders at the time, was told by Sheriff Jamie Gilmour he had shown “little regard for court orders”.

Simpson, of Weensland Road, admitted breaching a bail curfew in Kenilworth Avenue on July 13.

Defence solicitor Ed Hulme said his client suffered from ADHD and had “lost track of time.

“He knows he is on thin ice, but this was not as malicious breach,” added Mr Hulme. Simpson will be sentenced on August 9.
