A 28-year-old man has admitted emptying a bank account of more than £10,000 after stealing a bank card.
Gary Gillies took the bank card from a house in Wilton Hill during December.
He then went to the Santander branch in High Street as well as cash machines throughout Scotland and withdrew money totalling £10,390.
Gillies, of William Booth Place, St Ninian’s, Stirling, pleaded guilty by letter to the two theft charges.
Sheriff Donald Corke deferred sentence until August 26 for a personal appearance.
