POLICE were called to a disturbance in Northcote Street on Tuesday afternoon when three men were found to be in possession of a small quantity of cannabis resin.
The males – aged 19, 20 and 30 – were all charged with possession of a controlled drug, and will be reported to the procurator fiscal.
The 19-year-old was found to be in breach of his bail conditions and will appear from custody at Duns Sheriff Court.
