POLICE visited a flat in Howdenbank on Wednesday night on a routine enquiry and noticed a bag of white powder thought to be amphetamine.
The occupant, a 17-year-old girl, was cautioned and told that the substance would be sent for analysis.

Depending on the result, a report may be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
