POLICE are appealing for information after thieves stole a quantity of logs from a property at Meadshaw, near Roberton, on Sunday afternoon.

A 19-YEAR-OLD woman has been reported to the procurator fiscal over the theft of 12 bottles of whisky from Morrisons.
POLICE arrested a 30-year-old man in Teviot Crescent in the early hours of Sunday when he was found carrying an iron bar. He has since been charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
A 27-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with a minor assault and reported to the procurator fiscal following an incident in Base Nightklub on December 19.
