Motorist gets fine

DRIVING without insurance cost motorist Robert Graham, 52, of Havelock Street, a £200 fine.
At Selkirk Sherif Court on Monday, Graham also had his licence endorsed with six penalty points.

The offence happened at The Loan in Selkirk on December 12.
