RANGERS fan Michael Hook, from Hawick, is interrupting a family holiday in Ibiza to jet back for Wednesday's UEFA Cup Final.
The 24-year-old Teddy Bears fanatic is flying to the Balearic Islands on Sunday with his mum, uncle, girlfriend, sister and a host of other relations – but on Wednesday will catch a flight to Manchester to watch the Gers take on Russia's Zenit St. Petersburg.

Michael, who secured his ticket for the match through Rangers' Travel Club, explained: "I've been a season ticket holder at Ibrox for 15 years and have always joked that nothing would stop me going to a match like this.

"Unfortunately I couldn't get a flight back until Friday, in Glasgow, so I'll only have two days of my holiday left when I get back."

He added: "I am meeting two Hawick mini-bus loads when I get to Manchester, and although I'd hate to predict a result, I hope I leave the stadium with a smile on my face."
