"GOGGY poo, goggy poo," informs our two-and-a-half-year-old great-granddaughter Jessica, to passers-by on both sides of the High Street.
Where are the dog wardens when you need them? What do they look like? Do they wear unforms?
What do the wardens suggest, that we put our toddler back in her pram to save her from "Goggy poo?" A reply would be nice.
