A SECOND memorial gig in memory of kidney transplant patient Steven Pearson will be held in the town hall next month.
Last year's sell-out event raised more than £8,000 for the kidney dialysis unit at Borders General Hospital, and organisers are hoping this year's concert is just as successful with Scocha, Pyre, Saving Grace, Heat Of The Lead and Lois Niblo all taking centre stage in honour of Steven, pictured, who died from complications while awaiting a third kidney transplant.

Tickets for the event, which takes place on Saturday, April 3, are £12 and available from La Gems.
